As a rebellious nineteen year old, Sheila Leech had no idea what it would mean for her life once she responded to God’s invitation to follow Him. When she told God she would go “anywhere He leads” she never imagined that His leading would take her to the jungles of Ecuador, to live amongst brightly painted tribal people and try to find ways to tell them about Jesus.
Years later, as a missionary nurse she travelled to many corners of the world affected by wars and natural disasters seeking to bring God’s comfort and healing in dark places. In addition, Sheila helped set up community health and development projects all over the world. After returning to the UK four years ago, Sheila served with FEBA radio in Worthing as Head of International ministry until she retired last year.
She is a keen cold water swimmer, a writer, and currently worships at All Saints, Wick.

Come and listen to Sheila our motivational speaker while enjoying a breakfast of pastries, fruit and yogurt with hot drinks.
